How to Send us your watch


We offer a personal service for our customers which we like to think will be second to none.

We recommend watches are sent to the address on the contact page by special delivery which offers insurance. Always contact us prior to sending so we can take all details and contact information before we receive your watch,

Upon receipt of your timepiece we will contact you regarding any work required and always give you an estimate.

Every step of the way you will be updated on the progress of the repair.

We stock an abundance of vintage spare parts for those hard to find and obsolete calibres and can also locate parts not stocked using our worldwide network to source parts to enable a repair to be carried out on your precious timepiece.

You are welcome to drop off your timepiece by appointment only, we are a secure workshop and prefer visitors by appointment only, between 8am and 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

We provide several services including and not restricted to:

Full service and restoration on all types of watches.
Mechanical and Quartz servicing.

Partial repairs excluding servicing.
Case and bracelet restoration on steel and gold timepiece.

Watch valuations, and appraisals.

Once your repair has been completed and tested we will contact you for payment, which can be made by bank transfer through internet banking or IBAN if not in the UK.

Upon receipt of payment we will return the watch insured back to you letting you know the tracking details for postal customers.

Should you not wish to proceed with our estimate we will charge our inspection charge and return postage to cover our time and costs.
