The Watch Service Centre was established in 2016 by Cyril Jennings.
Cyril is a Fellow of the British Horological Institute (FBHI), as well as a member of the British Watch and Clockmakers Guild.
He has worked for independent watch repair companies on all makes and brands for over 35 years.
This includes working for:
- Sewills of Liverpool
- The Swatch Group (including Omega, Longines, Tissot, Rado, Certina and Hamilton).
We are a level 3 accredited service centre for Longines, Tissot, Hamilton, Mido, Certina, Pierre Balmain, Calvin Klein watches and Level 1 for Omega.
Our workshop has also been approved by Tag Heuer to carry out repairs using genuine parts.
We are the only official UK service centre for both Delma and Delbana watch repairs. We are also one of two official UK service centres for Philip Stein watches.
How we work
Upon receiving the watch we can provide a precise and honest estimate upon physical inspection of the timepiece.
We keep an extensive stock of materials for all types of watches, including many obsolete models.
We also stock a large range of quality watch straps to cater for all budgets and tastes.
Whilst in our care, your watch is fully insured in a secure environment with a modern safe bolted to a concrete floor, with direct alarm and CCTV.
If you don’t wish to have the work completed then there will be a return charge for postal customers. This is to cover handling and return postage insurance of £30.00 for UK and international customers – this will be free for drop in customers.
Should you wish to send your timepiece to us, please contact us beforehand by Telephone or email with as much information as possible. Alternatively you can drop your watch off with us during our opening hours. We cater and have access to parts from many manufacturers, contact us or call in with your enquiry.
